This plan is designed for clients with catalogs up to 50,000 assets, who are looking for data clean-up, basic data enrichment, pair matching and notifications, and writer validation. It does not include advanced pair matching (i.e. finding adjacent recordings and products like covers and remixes), or validation of work<>recording pairs. You may want to consider our Symphony plan if you require these services, or if your catalog is larger than 50,000 assets.
SERVICES
Catalog Ingestion & PERSISTENCE
Ingestion of works, recordings, products and related artists, composers, other creators and publishers delivered as DDEX ERN, CWR and Verifi’s XLSX template.
Customized CSV Support
Pre-processing of custom XLSX or CSV metadata into Verifi’s XLSX template for Catalog Ingestion & Maintenance.
Data Normalization & Clean-Up
Data normalization and deduplication of works, recordings, products and related artists, composers, other creators and publishers.
Basic Work & Recording Enrichment
Enrichment of submitted works, recordings, products, and/or creators with additional work, recording, product, and/or creator metadata from available data.
Writer Validation
Verification of works with IPI numbers, correct writers list, correct writers names, society registrations and other available writer and works metadata using Verifi org-to-org verification and publishing data sources.
Change & Release Notifications
Delivery of regular metadata updates for the Basic Data Enrichment service as new metadata and work-recording pairs become available for works, recordings, products, artists, composers and other relevant entities previously submitted.
Simple Pair Matching
Recordings-to-works matching, using the minimum required data fields, that provides validated links from works in a publishing catalogue to previously released or newly released recordings.
