Is this the right plan for me?

This plan is designed for clients with catalogs up to 5,000 assets, who are looking for data clean-up, normalisation, and basic data enrichment. It does not include pair matching, writer validation, or notifications. You may want to consider our Harmony plan if you require these services, or if your catalog is larger than 5,000 assets.

SERVICES:

  • Ingestion of works, recordings, products and related artists, composers, other creators and publishers delivered as DDEX ERN, CWR  and Verifi’s XLSX template.

  • Pre-processing of custom XLSX or CSV metadata into Verifi’s XLSX template for Catalog Ingestion & Maintenance.

  • Data normalization and deduplication of works, recordings, products and related artists, composers, other creators and publishers.

    Match notifications are provided regularly, depending on the service level selected.

  • Enrichment of submitted works, recordings, products, and/or creators with additional work, recording, product, and/or creator metadata from available data.
